1.  Cain’s people: seek to rule and develop the world without reference to the LORD (4:17-24)
2. - results in cultural accomplishments, self-exaltation, and violence
3. Seth’s people: rely on the LORD and seek to walk faithfully with him (4:25-5:32)
4. - through them the LORD brings salvation and blessing for the world
